Sell premium.
With data, not gut feeling.
The Bestbrains Options Desk brings market climate, sell signals, your morning routine and your trading journal into one place. Every morning, before the bell.

Real view of the desk with closing data from the session on Oct 9, 2026.
Ten tabs. Every morning.
VIX at Cboe, sentiment at CNN, breadth at Barchart, earnings in a calendar, the journal in a spreadsheet. By the time it all comes together, the market is already moving.
Data all over the place
Every metric lives on a different site, with its own format and timestamp. Getting the picture costs time and focus every morning.
Gut feeling instead of rules
Without fixed criteria, your mood decides which put gets sold. Good and bad trades look the same in the moment.
Mistakes repeat
If you don't record trades with your reasoning, you can't see patterns. The same mistake comes back, just with a different symbol.
One desk for the whole morning.
From the first look at the market to the recorded trade, in a fixed order.
The market climate in one minute.
Fear & Greed, VIX, term structure, put/call and SKEW on one card, each with the previous session and a clear rating.
- Ratings by fixed rules instead of interpretation
- NYSE and NASDAQ breadth, EMA 21 streaks for 12 indices
- Candlestick charts for ES, VIX, NDX, RTY and DAX

Three criteria. One clear signal.
Every value on your watchlist is checked against the same three rules every morning. The result: sell, watch or avoid.
- IV/HV ≥ 1.10: premium above actual movement
- Trend: close above EMA 20, RSI between 30 and 70
- No earnings within 45 days

Nine steps to the opening bell.
A checklist that counts back from 09:30 New York in your time zone. Every complete morning extends your streak.
- Market context, portfolio, plan and mindset
- Streak calendar of the last 20 sessions
- Your own risk rules in front of you every morning

Get better, week by week.
Every trade with its reasoning and mindset. The desk shows with which strategy and in which state of mind you win or lose.
- Positions with days to expiry, buy-back target and earnings warning
- Results by strategy and mindset
- Weekly review with three questions and short lessons on every rule
